POST SP4: Long time to login

Hi all,
I installed W2k SP4 on our DCs, now its taking a few minutes to login, where
it was only seconds previously. All clients have the same problem, all
running XP Pro SP1a.

Any ideas?

Obtaining this fix from MS will resolve this issue and others.
