Post SP4 Hotfixes

where can I download the Post SP4 hotfixes? I see
references all over the place, but no link to a rollup
package.
 
Hello

I don't believe there is a post SP4 roll-up available at this time. A
number of hot fixes have been released, but in most situations you have to
call Microsoft support in order to get the hot fix. This is because these
patches are not regression tested like a service pack and it is best to
only apply these if you are experiencing the problem associated w/ the
patch.
