Post Msoft upgrade screen-shots in HTML email no longer visible

Hello:

Recently, my Office did an auto update from MSoft (Outlook 2002 SP3) -
company server.

Post that upgrade, my outlook stopped displaying screen-shots in the body of
my outlook emails (html).

To view the screen-shot, I have to hit the “Forward†button and then I can
see image.

Not sure why this occurs. I tried the helpdesk, and searched the help file,
etc. - to no avail.

There has to be a switch somewhere, I just can’t find it. Any ideas?

no switch, but there are a number of causes.

What version of Outlook do you use now?
Do you have the latest updates for your version of Outlook?

All I know is that it is Outlook 2002 SP3. Presumably all the updates are
installed, as they seem to be regularly scheduled. My assumption is that they
are there.

It seems that the last update 2 weeks ago caused this.

I'm not sure my response was helpful, but that's all I honestly know.
