Post filtering on Microsoft Servers

Alan

Using my Giganews account I just replied to a post made by Gary Terhune in
the thread entitled "open ", "Save", or "Save As" dialog box defaults that
was started by a poster named krazykat.

It has already shown up in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general in the Comcast
and Giganews servers, and it is already on Google groups at
http://groups.google.com/group/micr...7ee2046ed2c/00027d07114c0d07#00027d07114c0d07

Is there any reason that it has not yet found its way onto the Microsoft
servers, or is it being censored?

The same thing has been happening occasionally to me, too, Alan. Most
recently, the post in this thread:

http://groups.google.com/group/micr...?hl=en&lnk=st&q=author:daave#19a054533810efcd

Also, see this one:

Perhaps the filtering is too aggressive.

Hi Daave,

Well in my case, MVP Gary Terhune suggested that I'm an "Ignorant A** hole",
but I guess I wasn't allowed to suggest that he might possibly be describing
himself, and that he's a pompous one at that.

That post of yours is in the MS news server. However, your original one
with the profanity was indeed filtered.
