Not sure what harddrive icon you mean, but yes you can email icons if you
want. Just like emailing a picture/graphic.

best way to do that is share your C drive

What you REALLY mean (I think) is can you email the CONTENTS of your
hard drive. The answer is no, unless your hard drive is practically
empty. Most Internet Service Providers limit the size of email
attachments.

If you really want to send someone the entire contents of your hard
drive, burn all your files to CDs and send them via regular mail.

If you are actually talking about the icon itself, you shouldn't need to
send that. This icon and more can be found in
%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll

You can email the icon, but it won't give him access to your drive. You'd
just be sending him the picture. If you want to allow someone access to your
drive, either share the drive out and have them connect via an ip address or
use remote desktop / remote assistance.
