Possible Trojan File.

A recent Trojan scan detected the following files -
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1935655697-1677128483-1708537768-1003\Dc4.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wnstscc.exe (suspicious: UPX-packed file in wondows system folder
The program used to find them was TROJAN HUNTER and all other anti virus i have failed to pick them up so i dont know how to remove them!
Can anyone please help?
