Possible to view multiple user shared tasks in the Task Timeline v

Hi,

My boss wants to view everyone's shared tasks using the Task Timeline view.
I don't believe this is possible, but thought I would check with some of the
online groups.

Basically he wants to see everyone's tasks in a "gant" like project view
that the Task Timeline allows when you view your own tasks or a shared. We
are using Exchange 2000 as our group collaboration server with Outlook 2003
(your standard Exchange environment).

Maybe it's possible to develop a view to do this?

Outlook views show one folder at a time. To do what your boss wants, you'd need some tool to put all the data into one folder. This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
