We have two printers installed locally on our corporate workstations (about
270 of them). One, Printer A gets jobs sent automatically by the application.
The other, Printer B, uses standard Windows dialog boxes to print. Users keep
sending jobs to Printer A, which is highly specialized, and Printer A locks
up, requiring a warm boot to clear the print queue. Is there way to hide
printer A, so users cannot send print jobs to it "by accident"? Printer B is
the deafult printer, by the way.
Tech - WinXP Pro, SP2, Pent. M, 512RAM, 60GB HDD, Networked via wire.
