Possible to have Exch Users outgoing email saved in single folder.

I have an Exchange running on SBS2003-R2.
I need to have all outgoing emails (all users) saved to a single mailbox
folder.
i.e. All users emails would be copied to their Sent Items folder. A copy
would also be saved in a folder in the Administrators mailbox on Exchange2003.

Any assistance would be appreciated....

Try taking a look at tools > rules and alerts. I think inside you can setup
a email rule to copy outbound msg to a designated folder.
