Possible to add something to everyone's sig throughout the company

I need to add a confidentiality clause to everyone's outgoing emails. Is this
possible to do in Outlook w/o going to each workstation and doing it
manually? I'd like to be able to add this to faxes to, but I know that has
nothing to do with Office.

if you're on exchange server, you can add it there for all outgoing mail

We are on an exchange server. Can you tell me where to add it? I was told I
could do it in Group Policy, but I didn't see anything in there to add it?
