Possible Spyware?

Doesn't that look suspicious?

I haven't noticed this on my PC before, and inside of the folder is a log file called msxml4-KB927978-enu filled with tons of crap that I can't make heads or tails of. The only thing that I could understand was the top part of it-

I've had this computer since 2004...and this thing was started in 2006..see anything wrong with that?

Its a Windows update file - I have one too - ignore :thumb:

That is the update file from when you installed the KB927978 update from MS Updates.

If HD space is not an issue to you, no harm in letting it be ... will be used to uninstall the update if you need to ... if you are overly concerned, then delete it.
