I don`t know how much you know about this subject, but
when you delete something, it is not physically removed
from the hard drive. The hard drive space that is used by
the file is marked as free. Until you (or the Windows)
won`t use that area (overwrite the files) there is hope
for the retrieval...
Symantec Unerase Wizard or similar programs can do the
job...
Good luck!
By the way, the Norton Antivirus contains the Unerase
Wizard...

You're apparently new to using newsgroups, so let me point out a
few things:

1. Instead of replying to a message, you started a new one. That
breaks the association between the question and the reply. What
you should always do when replying is click "reply to group"
keeping what's called a "thread" together.

2. To make matters worse, when you started the new message, you
gave it a subject line different from the original question, so
nobody knows what you're replying to.

3. And to complete the confusion, you didn't quote anything from
the message you're replying to (as I did with your message
above).

Doing any of these three things you did would make your message
very difficult to understand. When you do all three, your message
is almost completely incomprehensible, since nobody know to whom
you're talking or about what.

Please, *reply* to messages instead of starting new ones, *don't*
change the subject line, and *quote* enough of what you're
replying to to put your comments into perspective.
