Possible fix for the time lag in the add websites bug?

I have posted previously about the [often long] delay in MSA detecting and
removing websites being added to IE's trusted zone....

I no longer think it's a bug, but is 'by design'....

I think the next beta version should change MSA's 'behaviour' by popping up
allow/block message Before the websites are added to the trusted zone.

Once a 'malicious website has been added to the trusted sites zone, it's
[most likely] already done it's work by installing and running 'malicious
code'.
Removing/blocking the website after that has happened is pretty much a
pointless exercise when that happens.

Far better to give users the option of preventing the websites being added,
rather than remove them after they've done their 'work'....

Did the old Giant version of the program work this way as well????

I still think it's a bug. On my system, those notifications are immediate,
as I recall--but I've also seen some notifications which came far later than
the action they were intended to block--too late. This is a significant
issue, but I'm going to wait for another build to make a lot of noise about
it--it is visible enough that I expect that Microsoft has a handle on what's
happening.
