Bug: Block once (don't remember) --> blocks always (remembers)

If "//@signup.mar@" (or anything else, I suppose) is
(automatically) added to your trusted sites zone, MSAS
gives a pop-up warning "An Internet Explorer Trusted Site
Requires Approval".

If you click the "Block button, but uncheck "Remember
this action" first, "//@signup.mar@" is added to the
blocked trusted sites list, and is blocked every time the
software tries to add it after that. You just keep
getting pop-ups saying it was blocked based on your
previous answer, even though you didn't want it to
remember that answer.

I think this is similar to, but a little different from
item "lll) "unblock" instruction fails" in the FAQ (but
of course, you run into that too). If you don't
check "Remember this action", it shouldn't ever get into
the blocked list in the first place, and there should be
no need to use an "unblock" instruction.

Note: if you try to manually add "//@signup.mar@" to the
Trusted sites zone, it goes in as "*[email protected]@" in
Internet Explorer, and is interpreted as something
different from "//@signup.mar" by MSAS, so you get a
new "Requires Approval" pop-up. If you allow it in MSAS,
you wind up with "@signup.mar@" in the approved list,
and "//@signup.mar@" in the blocked list,
simultaneously.

This is related to the message I posted here
called "False Pos (more or less): MSN Money / Microsoft
Money", which I realize isn't quite a false positive (but
it will be a nuisance for Money users). But the person
that wrote
http://www.talkaboutsoftware.com/group/microsoft.public.mo
ney/messages/166814.html had the same problems, FWIW.

Thanks, Eric. There seems to be a similar issue which affects hotmail users
as well.
