Possible Conflicts

1. I have both Webroot Spy Sweeper and Window Washer
installed. Do I need to shut those down or can they run
without any conflicts with your Beta program ???

2. Does the Beta program automatically block all
potential attacks like Webroots Spy Sweeper ???

Thanks -- Larry

I'd recommend disabling them during the installation process, and first run
of the program. After that, I think there shouldn't be a conflict, but you
may find you get redundant alerts from Webroot Spy Sweeper's active
protection, and Microsoft Antispyware which also has such protection
(getting to your second question.)

Yes....

I'd tend to agree with this. I also use both Webroot products. Of the four
that I'm currently using, I'd have to say that I like the Webroot product
the best. Although, it doesn't always pick up everything either.

Thanks - I've never seen the Webroot product, myself--just going by
experience and what the Help file for Microsoft Antispyware recommends.

I have been using Webroot SpySweeper and MS AS 1.0 Beta together, both
actively running in the background, with no problems. I of course had Spy
Sweeper completely shutdown when I installed MS AS 1.0 Beta.
