Positioning pics and text boxes

We are using text boxes and importing pictures for our web page, in the
design mode everything seems to centrally positioned including our heading.
We have set both the text box and pictures using the properties dialogue box
using absolute positioning. When saved and viewed in browser although they
are all neatly together they seem to be defaulting to the left hand side. We
have tried placing the pictures and text box within a single cell table and
although the appear ok in designmode and we have set the table to centre when
viewed in browser the table stays centred but text box and pictures default
to the left. How can we marry the two together so they are viewed in the
centre of the page. We are using Frontpage 2003

If you are going to use tables, then do not use absolute positioning.
