Positioning Of Email Attachments In Outlook 2003

Freddy

A customer wants email attachments to be placed at specific locations within
the message content, not tossed together in an attachment box. For example,
the message content might look something like this:

Heading 1
attach1.xls attach2.doc

Heading 2
attach3.pdf attach4.ai

Heading 3
attach5.ps attach6.xls

I can get this to work using Outlook 2003 and Rich Text format, but of
course the customer's Lotus Notes mail system doesn't deal with TNEF
encapsulation and he doesn't see the attachments at all.

He says other suppliers give him mail formatted this way - perhaps they are
using Notes as well?

Any advice is appreciated.

Customer is nuts. This is of no consequence. If he thinks it is, use RTF.
