Positioning a drawing or element in Frontpage...

I am trying to position a drawing in frontpage without it moving depending on
the size of the browser window... I am working on a site that has a centered
table as the main element of the Web site, and I have drawn a simple header
for each cell that I think works very well, but it moves positions when I
upload it to the net or even when I make the Frontpage window smaller. I
need to find out how to lock its position within the table/on the page. Can
anyone help me?

Set the main table to pixel size rather then a percent.
Also set nested tables to pixels.
