Locking Image Position

Hello! I am having a problem with Frontpage 2002. When I place the objects
they line up fine, but then if I were to adjust the size of my browswer, they
rearrange depending on the browser size and no longer line up correctly. How
can I lock the position of images? I can not find anything on this! Thanks!
