Position Absolutely

I've have FrontPage 2002.

I working through a book on how to use FrontPage and I'm suppose to
rearrange some images using Position Absolutely, but the command is grayed
out and will not work. Can't figured out what I'm doing wrong.

Also in another exercise I was suppose to use Character Spacing from the
Font Box, and all those commands were grayed out.

Interesting.

The reason why both the Position Absolutely and the Character Spacing were
grayed out is because I had set my compatibility to browser versions 3.0 and
above (tools/page options/compatibility). If I change the browsers to 5.0
they both work.

They would work on v4, too, I believe.
