porting to a new pc

Hi,

I currently have a pc running winxp home and use outlook xp for emails. I
get my new pc in a few days which will be running win xp pro.

Simply, is there a function in xp to allow me to copy all settings, emails,
news group and email accounts etc from one pc to the new one?

I will be able to network the two if that helps.
