i'm trying to sync music to an mp3 I get a message cannot set up sync. try
again later. I also get an error code 8004A803 Windows has encountered an
unknown error. I have Windows XP service pack 2. Windows Media Player 10.0.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you read the replies, the consensus seems to be :

* you may need a firmware upgrade of your mp3 player, if possible
* you may be trying to burn an enormous file
* the file is DRM protected. Burn it to a CD then rip it as an mp3 file.
