Port settings

In the device manager on my Ports (COM & LPTI), there are
no COM listings. Also the properties of this device (Ports
(COM & LPTI)) reveals no text. Please help so I am able to
use my handheld. Thank you.

Make sure the devices are set to "auto" in cmos setup. Lastly you may need
an upgraded bios from the mb or pc manufacturer.
