port forwarding for audio visual in msn messager

is there any way i can have an audio/webcam converstaion in msn messanger v6.x
i am getting frustrated. i do not want to open all the ports on my firewall/dsl gateway
what will microsoft do to help my user group

and yes you need to open the correct ports are you a
moron if the ports are closed what do you expect to
happen when you try to pass traffic thru it.
