Port Disabling

Im trying to disable one specific port but im not sure how
or even if its possible...
Im running XP Home and also have a Linksys router...

any help would be greatly appriciated.

not sure, but i believe you have to go into your router setup to work on
the ports...

What do you mean by disable? Can you be more specific on
what you are trying to do?
