Port 80

maybey try getting a firewall, which such as nortans
internet security which allows yoiu to block ay thing on
any ports, but other wise,.. sorry....
 
To "turn on" a port you need to have an application running that makes a
call to TCP/IP to open the port. For example running IIS will cause TCP/IP
to "open" or listen on TCP port 80.
