Whether James G works for Microsoft or not is irrelevant. Microsoft does
not send unsolicited emails with link to clear popups.
What you need is a firewall (there's a free one at www.zonelabs.com). You
should also be running an anti-virus program, and ensure your computer has
all the updates it needs (Click on Start, Windows Update)
