popup windows

Hi,
I set my browser's home page on http://my.yahoo.com
When I turn on the computer and connect to internet,
I click and open the browser. They always popup
a lot of windows. I try to find out. I disconnect the internet
connection. And then open the browser. I find this address:
http://www.exactsearch.net/search.php?Keywords=http://my.yahoo.com/&partner=BB
Anyone can help me how to delete this address.
