popup windows blocked

VICTOR

Mi PC suddenly became to "popup windows blocked" Now I
have to press ctrl, hold it and then click the desired
link to go to other place in the net. How can I disable
this?? Thanks in advance...
 
Go to Start>>All Programs
Figure out which of your programs (if any) is a popup blocker. Once you find
its name, remove it through Control Panel>>Add/Remove programs.
