popup windows after login

Hi

Can anyone please tell me how to configure a information
window to popup after a user has logged into the domain?

After the logon you have to use some sort of logon script which pops up with
a message box, or run Internet explorer, which connects to a page with
information. Another way is to use security policy to prompt a user with a
message prior to logon.
