Popup Window Formatting Problems

Earlier today Stephan recommended an add-on program that
at first worked well, but then went buggy on me.

After working with Jimco (jimcoaddins.com) pop-up add-on
software program all day, I find it's not reliable. It
randomly works when creating a pop-up. When it does, it's
perfect. When it doesn't, it only opens in the same
Window and there seems to be nothing I can do about
fixing it.

Does anyone else have another add-on progam for MS
FrontPage 2003 that will allow me to create pop-ups
formatted with only a window frame and no navigation or
tools menu. I want to be able to click on my thumbnails
and then a separate window pops up with just that image
on it sized to fit that image with nothing else to
clutter it.

you can't get just the window frame - the minimum you have to have is the title
