mouse over popup

I'm trying to build a training site. I have a jpg image of a meter with
several buttons on it. I would like to make "Call out" images to pop up when
the mouse moves over that part of the image. I've tried and have not been
sucessful. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I would like to add up to 8 of these call outs over various buttons on
the image.

if you have a graphics program with a "slicer" you can slice the image up
and either use the layers&behaviors in FrontPage 2003 to show/hide a layer
with your message in it.
as an alternative you could use FrontPage to make an image map on the image
and add a title attribute to a null hyperlink.

If you want further info just reply with which method you're going to use.
