Popup title bar

The XP2 service pack provided an effective popup blocker until
recently. Now I am confronted with these tiny title bars that I have
to close. So instead of a full ad I just get these little title bars
(all are ad related). How can I get rid of them???

Hi,

In IE go to Tools - Internet Options - Privacy tab and under
Pop-up Blocker click on Settings. Uncheck "Show information
bar when a pop-up is blocked".

This had no effect. Not sure I am being clear. These little browser
windows appear in place of the popup that are just title bars. I am
not talking about the information bar.
