Popup resizing messed up

Ever since I installed Internet Explorer 7 on my computer the popups on my
website do not size properly and are half cut off they will not resize witht
the arrow when I go to the box, yet if I check them on one of my other
computers with the old version of IE they display properly so the problem is
clearly with 7 how do i fix this for all my clients who view my popups as
they are pictures so it will work properly on this new version? I need help
in a simple easy to understand way because I have to explain this to
others... and i've gotta fix this irritating problem.

I might also mention that in IE7 a grey secondary line comes across the top
with a ie symbol and it says about about:blank when you click on the arrow
the box turns white and disapears but I have it set to disappear, however on
my old system this line is not visible the about:blank and it all runs normal
as I said.
