Popup control

As of this date, 2/13/04, the popup control on the toolbar does not function as it did before. If I go thru a restart on my system as of 12/18/03, my popup control does work. What goes!!!

There is no popup blocker on Internet Explorer. If you are using the Google
toolbar the accompanying popup control, then uninstall and reinstall the
Google toolbar.
