Ask your ISP - they will provide the server names for getting your mail
setup. Most ISPs post this information in their FAQs available from their
main page.
POP3 = Post Office Protocol 3.
SMTP = Simple Mail Transport Protocol.
For more information, use google.com to look up the detailed information
about these 2 transports.
