Go to your email provider's website. They should have an email help page,
with instructions to setup your email program. If they don't have
instructions for Windows Mail, use the Outlook Express one.

Note: if you have one of the free US Yahoo email accounts, you can't access
the POP servers, you'll need to upgrade to the Plus! account.

If you want to connect to a yahoo.com account in Windows Mail,
you have to either pay extra or install YPOPs:

Tools | Accounts
Select the account and click Properties.
On the Servers tab you can change the server names.
