POP3 or IMAP

I'm trying to use Yahoo has my email. How can I tell if they use IMAP or a
POP3 server and the server name?

It's in Yahoo help.
But you need to be aware that unless you have a paid-for yahoo.com account,
or have a Yahoo.co.uk or fr account, you cannot use POP access for your
email except with a third party utility such as YPops.

Are you using Yahoo Mail Plus?
http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/

Yahoo incoming mail server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Yahoo outgoing mail server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
