POP3 email in Win7

i've got Win7 Server running and i'd like to get a POP3 service running on it
-- i can't identify how to do that -- please help?

The first thing to do would be to post somewhere that actually discusses
Windows 7, this is a Windows Vista group.

Their is no mail application in W7.

Go to: http://download.live.com/wlmail and get Windows Live Mail, uncheck
the items that you do not wish to install.
Click the download link, then cancel the download, now hit the Try Again
button to get the full installer as opposed to a web install.
