Is there a way in outlook 2000 that I can download email from one pop
account into one pst file and another pop account into a different pst?
basically i want the ability to have different users access outlook
and have there own folders, i think outlook express allowed this.
Thanks,
Chris

Check the rules wizard to see if you can move items based on the account
they where received with. (I think the rule only showed when Outlook 2000
is configured in Internet Mail Only mode.)

If you want to have different message stores (i.e., PST files) for each
user then:

- Assign each user their own account under which they login. You didn't
mention which version of Windows that you are using. NT-based versions
of Windows provide for user accounts, so use them to separate the users'
data.

- Use separate mail profiles for each user (if they all logging under
the same account). See the Mail applet in Control Panel.

Thanks. I setup a rule to move the email from the account and it works
perfectly.
