pop3 and smt or something

I can't figure out my outgoing mail server. How do I find out? PLease help!!!!

Do a search online. "Your ISP name, out going mail, configure, pop3, ect.
 
It may be pop3.YOURISP.com for incoming and smtp.YOURISP.com for outgoing.

You may need to call your ISP to get the official word, though.
