how do i find out muy outgoing servers name and my pop3 server?

They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist

Before 3 days i signed up in Windows Live Messenger with a new e-mail that
is not part of the group:
live.com;
hotmail.com;
msn.com
because it wasn't accepted from Windows Live Messenger.
It is not ''windowslive.com'' but: ''windowsmail.com''.
Now i can communicate with my friends in that program, but only with pfone
calling.
I can read what they are writing to me but they no.
What i can do to verify my e-mail adress?

Do you work for Microsoft. Please change (e-mail address removed) to
something that
does not include microsoft.com

As far as your POP3 and SMTP is concerned you will need to ask your Internet Service
Provider for that information
