If you want to be treated as shouting, and therefore receive fewer answers,
report a problem in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Also, if you want fewer
useful answers, don't right click on any error messages you get and copy
the entire error messages to your problem report.

You probably start by clicking Tools, then Accounts, then your email
account, then Properties, and possibly then one of the tabs there to get
to what you need to change, but what you do then depends on what
you did wrong and which email provider you are using. Many people
choose their internet providers as their email providers also, since
most internet accounts include one or more email accounts.
