How can I get rid of them. Goggle Pop Up Stopper does not do the job. Any cheap idea
Vanilla

It's not clear how this relates to word.docmanagement. If you read
directions as "well" as you read newsgroup names, however, it's possible
that you didn't install Google (*not* "Goggle") correctly. Or, if you really
do mean "Goggle", then perhaps what you think is a pop-up is really a
plastic label stuck to the surface of the lens on your goggles. For help
there, try alt.swimming.protection.eyewear.removinglabels.

Dear Her
It is related that I cannot work into my Word Program normally because of the Pop ups. LOL. And also I did not know where to go with my questions.
Have you ever made a typ-o in your writing, then you would know it is Google
Thanks for teachin me for so many things..

I'm sorry. Perhaps I misunderstood. If Word is the source of the pop-ups,
then you might have a macro virus. I suggest installing/updating your
antivirus software.

But, if Word is not the source of the pop-ups, then the source might be the
Windows Messenger Service, which often is targeted by spammers for imposing
pop-up messages when you're online. Most users don't need this service (it's
used in some corporate environments, but they usually manage to tame it so
that only valid messages get through). Take a look here:

I am having trouble with pop ups even when I am not connected to internet. Working in Word or Publisher. My Virus program is up-to-date. I did what you suggested, hope it works
Thanks. Vanill

Hmmm... that sounds really odd. What content is displayed in the pop-ups?

These have nothing to do with Word. They are coming from the Internet. You
may not be seeing them while you are online because they are "popunders"
that appear only when you close the main browser window.

You appear to have downloaded and installed (probably by agreeing to
something you did not understand) all kinds of junk from the internet. In
order to get rid of them you need specialised software - Use SpyBot and/or
Adaware which will identify them and clear them out. SpyBot is probably the
more thorough, but I would use both.

Adaware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
