pop-ups

When I access the internet I am bombarded with pop-up ads
so bad that microsoft gives me error messages and
sometimes shuts me down. I down loaded zone alarm but it
slowed me down so bad I uninstalled it. help.....

Install the free Google Toolbar. It does a good job of blocking
pop-ups!

Sounds like you have "spyware" on your machine. Look in the Task Manager and see if you have GMT.exe loaded. It's the executable for Gator, one of the most frequent spyware programs. If so, end it.

Go to www.security.kolla.de and download Spybot, and run it on your PC. It will get rid of any spyware.
