You may have "spyware" on your computer that triggers IE, download and run
AdAware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) to check for spyware and adware
programs
toolbar.google.com for google toolbar and use basic
install. also to disable messenger popups,start,control
panal,performance and maintenence,administrative tools,
services and choose disable messenger. and yes spyware on
your sytem can house popups on your system.
