pop up windows

can any one help with thsi problem i have
pop up windows are being blocked, i have check this setting a few times and
it says in ie that i have turned it off but i cant view any pop up windows
i have also noticed some times , if i click a few times fast on the window
of my choice i can get it to open???????? but the rest of the time impossible
any one knows why this is happening?????
never had this problem before

Are you using the Google Toolbar??
it also has a pop up blocker...........disengage at your own risk

You can allow pop-ups from certain sites and still block the rest with the
google toolbar.
