Pop up windows full sized??? Help!!!!

When i log into my e-mail say or a website i have just typed at least two
other windows appear that i have not typed or logged into they are not the
usual small pop ups as i have a pop up blocker on my com they are full
windows any help very much appreciated this is driving me nuts lol cheers
