pop up window

In FP2003 you can accomplish this with behaviours. Load behaviours from the
format tab and it will display in the right hand pane. Click the insert
button in the dialog and pop up message is one of the options available.
 
i tried this option....but it creates a pop up message not a window...and the
pop up message window has a single look...i want to make my own pop up
window...
Thanks for the help anyways..
 
The Behaviour option in FP2003 is "Open Browser Window". It gives you to
options to not have the scroll bars, title, status or menus etc.

But the Spawn addin is a similar pluggin, as already mentioned :
