pop up window blocked

I am trying to download a pdf file from Canon...and get
the message 'pop up window blocked.

why do i get it and how do i fix it?

Try holding down the control key as you click. Most pop up stoppers will
allow you to over ride the program this way.

Check your anti-virus and firewall for an option to block popups.
